Department: Publishing

Job Description

  • Develop content and carry out editorial work, including editing, writing, and proofreading for print and digital products, ensuring the highest quality of work.
  • Liaise with authors, freelancers, and other relevant parties to ensure the timely production of assigned titles.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in related disciplines.
  • Excellent command of both English and Chinese.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to take on responsibility and work independently.
  • A strong interest in a career in education and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in textbook editing is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of IT and digital publishing is a plus.
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered for the post of Senior Editor / Managing Editor.

Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationship and strike for adoptions from schools to drive a high level of satisfaction among the customers.
  • Become a reliable and trusted advisor to newly onboarding customers and retain the existing customers to have confidence in the Company’s solution and reduce the churn rates.
  • Deliver the sales target through customer retention and actively look for upselling.
  • Guide the customers and explore the upselling opportunities like product/ solution upgrading after getting to know the customers’ needs and aligning with the Company’s goals to reach mutual benefits.
  • Deliver the solution to customers in various settings from onsite presentations to virtual meetings as requested.
  • Record customer- and market-related data and activities on a regular and timely basis

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in any disciplines
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in teaching, education, education technology, or academic publishing.
  • Target-driven, solution-oriented/ consultation approach with a can-do attitude
  • Learning mindset to continuously look for excel
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
  • A quick learner and willing to work under pressure in an agile environment
  • Driving license preferred
